By accessing or using the website at https://optivizepro.com or engaging OptivizePro's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, leads, clients, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Services
OptivizePro provides done-for-you AI automation consulting and implementation services for small businesses, including but not limited to workflow automation, CRM integration, lead follow-up systems, and related digital infrastructure.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for client engagements are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work. These Terms govern general use of our website and communications.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through any form, chat widget, or verbal consent, you agree to receive text messages from OptivizePro as described below.
SMS Program Disclosure
- Program description: Appointment reminders, service follow-ups, and promotional messages about OptivizePro's AI automation services.
- Message frequency: Varies — typically 2–6 messages per month depending on your engagement.
- Message & data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also email travis@optivizepro.com to opt out.
- For help: Reply HELP or contact travis@optivizepro.com.
- Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major US carriers. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Our SMS platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) acts as a service provider solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our systems
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content through any communications channel
- Use our services to compete with us without prior written consent
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to OptivizePro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Disclaimers
Our website and free consultation (“Leak Audit”) are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our automation services. Actual time and cost savings vary based on your existing workflows and business operations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OptivizePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of South Carolina.
